As SCOR Director of Coaching I have documented all aspects concerning my primary focus at developing our players the best we can do. The information is available but how can we streamline this information to our members so that they are able to get the answers to any questions they might be thinking of.

My hope is that all of us; coaches, parents, players and administrators can be familiar with our short and long term plans, philosophy, methodology, etc. Our players will perhaps benefit more from a Club that generates an atmosphere of pride for SCOR, an excellent player development environment and an effective communication process so that all members understand and become supporting pillars for our players.
