In the meantime I'd like to offer you an opportunity to keep working at your game. Through the updated TES SideKick Ball Mastery Semi-Online Program you can continue to improve.My intent is to guide you but you have to put the time into it and sometimes it will not be fun but that is something I am sure you are willing to accept.
If you can commit yourself over the winter season via the TES SideKick curriculum then I can work with you on specifics, keep you and your peers accountable.We are offering the following TES SideKick Semi-Online Ball Mastery, Fitness and Tactics Program agenda:
PLAN OF ACTION: 1)Register via www.teamexcelsoccer.com.Link is on Home Page. 2) I will send handouts via email to you on Tuesday and Thursdays.You must complete both sessions by the upcoming Saturday and send me a 15-30 second mpeg movie clip by Saturday evening.I will go over each submitted clip and provide feedback to the group for individual review. 3) You will be expected to work on your own or with the assistance of another on Mondays using the feedback as a means to make needed adjustments. 4) You will need a computer and printer to print out weekly handouts for you to use as a reference when you are training.You will need a 10 yard x 10 yard area if possible.If not, a smaller surface area should be fine … improvise if need be.Approximately 2 hours of availability per week is expected of you. 5) Fitness activities, and a couple of virtual meetings via www.zoom.com to discuss tactics will also be part of the agenda.I look forward to working with you this off-season. 6) Depending on number of participants I and my staff will provide an hour to summarize the learned and/or improved ball skills, fitness and tactical insight some time at the beginning of the spring season, in-person outdoors. PROGRAM INTENT: I will attempt to combine and relate Ball Skills, Fitness and Match Insight so that players can have the technical tools, physical and mental abilities to compete.Player initiative and accountability is expected and will surely generate individual improvement.
SUMMARY OF AGENDA: • Program is intended for current U9-U15 Travel or Travel-Ready players. • Register before 1st class at www.teamexcelsoccer.com. • We start on the first Tuesday in February. I'll be in touch with registrants. • Participants receive weekly agenda on Tuesday and Thursdays. • Work from handouts are expected to be done by Saturday.You have flexibility but it is highly encouraged to stretch the work load out consistently throughout the week. • A 10-15 second mpeg clip send to [email protected] by Saturday evening. • I will evaluate the provided clips and generate feedback to group by Sunday evening. • Participants are expected to take feedback serious and work on making the adjustments as best as possible on Mondays. • Process repeats itself every week.
