The 'Cruyf'
Move #6

Possession Moves for maintaining possession.
• Make sure your first touch after the move pushes the ball far away enough from body so you can look up and see where you are going and still see the ball peripherally.
• Upper body should move/feint with exaggeration making any move realistic and deceptive.

Not if but when you get tired of the monotony of working on these moves just stop and challenge yourself by juggling high, on the move, on the run or any way that is intentional.

​​The 'Scissor''
Move #4 & 5
Penetrating Move for attacking space.
• When on the run with ball, Push ball slightly to one side and then with the closest foot  pull the leg /foot around the front of the ball, anchor on the side and push off.

The 'Fake'
Move #3
Penetrating Move for tight spaces:
• Pretend to shoot and at last moment push ball past opponent.


The 'Roll'
Move #2

Penetrating Move for tight spaces:
• Use your toes as if they were fingers when manipulating the ball in tight spaces.
• Shift hips as you roll ball over to the other side.
​•Let the ball roll past your body before quickly adjusting hips and grabbing it on the other side.


The 'Cut'
Move #1

Penetrating Move for tight spaces:
• use front of feet to move ball.
• as you transfer ball from one foot to another
​   make sure the ball travels backward.
• turn your hips to move ball.

• relax upper body and put head on a swivel.
