Team Excel has designed the SCOR Academy program to provide young players, grades 1-3, 
with a development intensive environment in which individual initiative, creativity, risk-taking, 
experimentation, skill development and individual tactical understanding are emphasized over 
learning positions, systems of play, and league results.
