​RATE MY COACH

    ​INSTRUCTIONS: 
    The learning process should be fun when playing for SCOR.  The coach provides an environment at practice that ​contributes towards improving the players​' abilities and level of interest. The question I have to address continuously is whether or not our Travel Team players​' interest levels are moving in a positive direction from session to session.  ​This survey is not addressing Technical, Physical or Tactical topics, only the Psychological aspect. This ​simple 10 second personal response opportunity can be useful if the process​ is adhered to.

    The ​10 second survey should be completed ideally right after practice​ when the players' feelings are most accurate, managed by the individual players​' parents/guardians but not influenced by​ them, and then submitted with no tracking of names or contact information. If you could take just ​1​0 seconds and give us a rating (10 being best), we would greatly appreciate it!

    We provide other means of assessing coaches where parents can express their views in detail.  The intent here is to gather​ this info immediately after practice (or as soon as possible) when the player's feelings are fresh and hence more accurate. Parents/guardians are to submit the ​2 question ​rating process​ by visiting www.teamexcelsoccer.com, link can be found on the bottom right side of the Homepage or directly go to the 'Rate Your Coach' page at www.teamexcelsoccer.com/rate-my-coach.html​.

    Our goal is to give our players the best soccer experience possible. Getting a response from parents or guardians will let us know​ ​i​f a coach possibly needs to adjust his/her style of coaching, or perhaps there is no need to make any corrective suggestions because the majority of the responses are very positive. ​That being said, no coach can please everyone. We are looking to see what the majority of players' feelings are after every practice or game. We are not suggesting that there is a problem with our coaches but instead providing a little feedback so they can improve upon their coaching style. 

    ​PROCESS:
    ​1) Right after practice or game ask your kid​ "How was your practice session today?" 
    ​2) Go to webpage and complete the 2 question survey
    3) Click on 'Submit' button
