Team Excel Soccer LLC is excited to introduce it’s new ‘Fitness Solutions’ Program. With a scientific approach, the Team Excel Soccer qualified staff members will enhance enrolled players’ speed, agility and strength abilities relative to the game of soccer.
Today's soccer performers must be "complete athletes"...
They have to be quick off the mark, have the upper body strength to resist challenges and have excellent levels of both aerobic and anaerobic endurance to last the duration. ALL the elements of fitness crucial to be competitive on the soccer pitch will be addressed.
Including:
• Strength and strength endurance training
• Speed and agility training
• Aerobic and anaerobic endurance training
• Flexibility, warming up and cooling down
• Testing soccer-specific fitness
• Off-season, pre-season and in-season programs
Homework assignments will be used to further improve the fitness of participants by taking the learned exercises home to train independently. Curriculum demands will be intense and include 2 tests, one at the beginning of the season and one at the end. Progress in the categories of agility, strength and endurance will be noticeable for those participants that demonstrate a full commitment as expected by the training staff.
